Builder Upmarket luxury homes within Melbourne's bayside & inner suburbs are this builders' bread and butter - crafting exciting homes (mostly valued $3M-$4M). To that end they are about to deliver some key homes with more to start in the coming 12 months. For this reason, they have a unique role available for a capable Leading Hand Carpenter. Within this role, you will be working across 1-2 inner-suburb homes, learning the business, systems and procedures, with a clear plan to move into a supervisor role afterwards. Role Within this role you’ll be on tools roughly 80% of the time - supporting senior staff and initially wrapping up a Glen Iris-based project that's 4 months from completion. This role doesn't involve any serious structural or framing work of course, just the finishing aspects, with the remaining time handling a mixture of coordinating (various suppliers & trades) onsite.
